We understand that paying invoices can be a time-consuming task. Fortunately, we have made it super easy for our customers!
When will I receive my invoice?
You will receive your invoice within 24 hours after registration of a new service / product, or after automatic renewal of a service / product.
How do I receive my invoice?
You will receive an automatic email from noreply@maxvankekeren-IT.nl with a payment overview and your invoice as a PDF. In this email you will also find the online payment link.
How do I pay my invoice?
We recommend paying your invoice from the payment link in the email. Here you have the option to pay directly via IDEAL, SEPA or credit card. Your payment will be processed immediately and your invoice will be marked as "paid" in our system.
Alternatively, you also have the option to make a direct transfer via your bank, following the instructions on the invoice itself. This payment must be manually processed in the system on our end, so it may take up to 48 hours for us to process your payment.
